She integrates somatic release therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, and uses Cellular Resonance Quantum Healing, a scientific based technique, to help her clients get to the root of trauma and interferences that are keeping them from optimizing their personal efficacy.
With earning her Master’s in Social Service Administration from the University of Chicago, her unique experience as a lobbyist and community organizer has informed her efforts towards system’s and cultural change, working from “the inside out”.
